What can I do my strong prescription!

I always need to wear “coke-bottle”, as really have a strong prescription, my OS is -9.00 and -9.25 for my OD, I have prayed my whole life for a cure for the strong prescription, sadly my only cure would be lens implants as my eyes are to bad for lasik my eyes, my only option now is high-index lenses, but where can I get cheap ones, the average price at local eyeglasses seems not less than $400.00! How can I afford it! Where can I get cheap ones? I don’t mind shopping online, and do I need to order special coatings?
