What kind of eyeglasses should I choose?

What kind of frame material is the best choice for using moistrue and alkalic circumstance? Eyeglasses lenses can easily go corrupted at such conditions, and what about lenses? Polycarbonate lenses would seem to be the way to go, and they should be progressive/multi-focal lenses. I need to combine distance vision, laptop screen distance and reading. My far PD is 64mm and near PD is 62mm. I am not interested in designer, fashion etc. what kind of eyeglasses should I choose?
