Default how to the fitted lenses for your strong prescription?

if ur prescription is too high, and want to perfect shape glasses, you can select high index lens. Or if you like the safety glasses, you can go ahead with polycarb lenses, it's not a strong prescription and you don't spend extra money getting high index lenses.
Around 7.00D, the thickness between 1.67 index lenses and polycarb lenses are almost the same. According to your prescription, and then you can choose a suitable prescription eyeglasses for your using. Thanks.

Cool

a warm reminded!

When you select eyeglasses frame, the better choice is smaller full rim metal frame.
If you have a strong prescription, we would suggest you can choose high index lenses and a smaller size frame, so that you can get the smaller lens width which will make it a bit thinner and look nice. Here, we recommend frame #PN1077 and you can click the following lick to check whether it can fit you well.

By the way:
Normally, to decide the frame size, the most important measurements are the total width(which is distance from temple to temple) and temple length. By selecting frame with similar measurement, it will fit you perfectly. You could measure the total width of your face(from one temple to another side) to make sure the frame you ordered will fit you well.
