Default Is my prescription toostrong for a rimless frame?

I'm interested in rimless frame but I was told that higher prescriptions do not work for them.

My Prescription is as follows:
R-5.25-2.25x165
L-4.75 SPH

I have no idea what that means, but I assume a 1.67 high index lenses should make them thinner, huh? Will I be able to have them then?

We can do it, but you may not be very happy with the appearance. The stronger your prescription the thicker the edge of the lens will be. Even if you do use a high index lens, it will still have significant thickness toward the edges. With your RX and astigmastism, I would advice against a rimless frame, most certainly.
