Any eyeglasses can solve my problem?

I need to work long time at computers, however, the glare can affect my vision from some specific parts of the monitor, in order to have a clear vision, I always need to strain your eyes, and this excessive strain may cause my eyes irritation or drying up of eye, is there speical eyeglasses can do this favor for me? I really hate this!
