why my glasses lenses have many scratching?

Somboday said that Polycarbonate lens has built-in protection against potentially damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays, and the lenses are scratch-resistant coated by the manufacturer.

BUt, i purchased a pair of prescription eyeglass from Zenni optical, the lenses are bad and have many scratching after using two weeks. Why is coming? How to answer this problem?

i have similar shopping experience from Zenni, and the eyeglasses are bad and return back the eyeglasses to them. BUt, they didn't supply the whole refund for my order. my friend, ONE POINT MUST BE REMEMBERED! Don't choose them!!!! besides u are a crazy people.
