Need suggestions for my new glasses temples!

I received my new reading eyeglasses this afternoon which I ordered online a week ago, really lovely, it looked both cute and functional, everything was OK, and it was designed as exactly what I had told them, but there was a small problem, the temples are a bit short for me, when I wearing them, I feel that then legs cannot wraparound my ears, they just likely to fall from my face, do I need to asked them for a refund and send them back? It was really a small problem, so, what do you suggest? Is there any simple method can solve it?
