What can I do with my broken eyeglasses frames?

The two temples of my prescription eyeglasses are just not at the same line , it was dropped by my naughty little 8 years old nephew, but not serious, the lenses are OK, the frame was made by metal material, it makes me really uncomfortable as I feel the frame is aslant on my face! I am not planning to buy a new pair as it is really costly for a pair of eyeglasses, I have corrected it for many times with alicates but failed, I don’t want spent money on this piece of problem, but I am really afraid to damage it if I adjust it too much, what can I do now?
