What’s your suggestion for my new eyeglasses?

I have been wearing the same pair of eyeglasses for nearly 5 years, recently, I find that my prescription seems to increase, but not very hard, my family suggested me to do an eye exam and change the old glasses for another pair,I just need progressive bifocal lenses, Anti-Reflective coatings, just a basic replacement for my old glasses. What’s your suggestion for my new eyeglasses?
