which ADD power is used for my computer prescription?

I need a pair of prescription eyeglasses for computer and sits 100cm from the screen. Can you please adjust the reading add to suit? The following is my prescription of my eye doctoer provided,

I don't know which one of ADD powers is used for my computer, but do i need reduce 100 degrees for my both eyes? Thanks.
