the computer eyeglasses with

This is to be a computer/Reading lens only not multifocal. My brother says he sits 66cm from his computer screen. See below is his normal bifocal prescription, but he wants to order a computer/reading eyeglass for work use. So, i want to know how to figure out the exact computer RX.
