[rimless glasses frames]

Can you please advise if you can fit high index plastic lenses (with multicoat and anti-scratch)to a pair of frames that I already own? Also what is the process for doing this? Do I just tell you my prescription (-7.0 both eyes) and mail the frames into you? How long (approximately) will it take to do this? Thank you。
